C.W. Tae Kwon Do was established in 1987 by Master Han Don Cho, Master Sung Chul Whang, and Master Jun Chul Whang. Master Han D. Cho, who is 7th Degree internationally certified, is the current head instructor of the Cornell University Tae Kwon Do Program. Master Sung Chul Whang and Master Jun Chul Whang are currently head instructors of our affiliated school in New York City, West Side Taekwondo. We were founded in the Spring of 1987 and became part of the Cornell Physical Education Program. Cornell Tae Kwon Do has produced local, state, and national tournament champions.
