Poomsae Rules

Please refer to the diagrams below for the team poomsae competition rules. These rules supersede the poomsae rules currently in the competition rules PDF.

A-Team Poomsae = Blue through Black Belts (Taegeuk 8 and Koryo at MIT, Koryo and Keumgang at Cornell, Keumgang and Taebaek at Brown, Taebaek and Pyongwon at Princeton, Pyongwon and Sipjin at UVM)

B-Team Poomsae = Green through Red Belts (Taegeuk 5-8)

C-Team Poomsae = White through Green Belts (Taegeuk 1-4)
