Dear ECTC members:

 

The board is saddened to learn of the passing of referee Lou Keppner this past weekend. Mr. Keppner was a long-time referee in the ECTC and in the greater taekwondo community. With GM David Turgeon, Mr. Keppner created the Poomsae Pro system that is used both nationwide and at our league tournaments, and has worked closely with our tournament committee over the years to help them run the poomsae systems. He leaves behind a notable legacy in the taekwondo community and will be sorely missed. We will share more information regarding his arrangements when they become available.
