More about David: The reason why I decided to join the Cornell TKD team is because I told Hilary Monaco after a practice that I was a black belt and was interested in doing poomsae, and she screamed, "No one here has ever said that to me before!"

Thoughts on the ECTC (INCTL) or Taekwondo in general: 

The ECTC was my first exposure to competitive poomsae, let alone competitive TKD. I never had any intentions to compete in college, but my team and the league really provided an amazing environment to cultivate and grow my love for TKD and competition. To this day, the only regret I have with this is not committing more time to training and competing.
